The Bechtle Academy organises initial and ongoing training programmes for our employees. The company motto "our employees are the best" illustrates how much we expect from our staff as well as our commitment to their personal development.

MIKADO - Introductory programme for new employees

All new employees start their time with Bechtle with the MIKADO introductory programme at the headquarters in Neckarsulm - irrespective of post or location. The aim is for all employees to be equipped with the basic knowledge that will help them find their way within the Bechtle organisation.

Vocational training

The Academy provides a programme to accompany theoretical training at the vocational school or university of co-operative education and practice-orientated training at the location. Specific IT knowledge and knowledge of Bechtle processes is passed on and seminars held to provide support for exam preparation.

Ongoing training for our employees

Current topics are passed on to the locations via the Academy. In conjunction with the Personnel department, the Academy provides ongoing training for the following focus topics: service, sales, processes and leadership.
