143 new trainees and BA students started their vocational training at Bechtle on 01.09.2011

In 2011, Bechtle will be the training grounds for some 400 young people throughout Germany, who will be trained in 14 different professional fields. Most of them are training to be IT specialists (focusing on system integration and software development), IT system electronic technicians and IT sales representatives.

Bechtle is an attractive employer for participants in the co-operative education programme (Duale Hochschule / Berufsakademie). Currently the most popular co-operative education courses are the Bachelor course in management information systems and computer science.

Training is investing in the future.

That’s why Bechtle has taken measures to ensure a bright future: We’ve expanded our capacity to offer traineeships and broadened our own company academy, in order to equip our employees with added certifications. We’ve also increased the number of available positions for students and trainees taking part in the co-operative education programme. “We’re also active supporters of a foundation for education in the region,” emphasised Sonja Glaser-Reuss.
