With on-the-job training and an individual orientation programme, you'll soon feel at home in your new position.

Trainee programmes.

Our employees' expertise is our most important capital. That's why we not only hire graduates directly, but also offer them three different trainee programmes: IT Sales, Public Sector IT Sales and IT Consulting/IT Systems Engineering. In a period of six or twelve months, we'll provide you with the best theoretical and practical preparation for your future position — at one of our 65 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with a permanent employment contract.
