We offer our customers comprehensive IT solutions ranging from consultation, procurement and delivery of goods, project planning and implementation, system integration, maintenance, training and even the complete onsite operation of our customers' IT. With a network of 65 system houses spread across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you always have an IT specialist close by. In addition to the network of system houses we also have 13 competence centres that specialise in complex fields such as security, storage, CAD, and enterprise computing, as well as customised software solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The Bechtle specialists are available to all system houses and, depending on the customer's specific requirements, provide on-the-spot support for local project teams. With Bechtle Managed Services our customers can choose to outsource either the complete operation of their IT or only certain tasks. Training centres in 21 locations top off our service package.

We're represented in 14 different European markets and we're one of a select few IT providers that can supply you with up-to-date prices and availability information on a daily basis for the entire product portfolio. Our lean processes and refined logistics put us a step ahead of the competition. Our Bechtle Information and Ordering System, bios®, offers an online, customer-specific procurement platform that can substantially reduce their IT procurement costs with company-specific product portfolios and paperless order processing.
