The Bechtle Academy.

The Bechtle seminar catalogue of roughly 100 pages offers scores of training courses, spread across eight different categories with an emphasis on industry standardised qualifications. And it’s always tailored to meet the current and future needs of the Bechtle group.

MIKADO.

“MIKADO” is Bechtle’s orientation programme for new employees. At the company headquarters in Neckarsulm, the Bechtle Academy offers a programme of seminars that prepares employees over a period of twelve weeks for their new roles within the Bechtle group.

Technical know-how.

Technical terminology can make the field of IT rather daunting at first glance. Seminars grouped under “technical know-how” introduce new employees to their new occupation.

_

Soft skills.

Communication connects. “Communication and soft skills” includes seminars designed to improve communication skills related to sales, presentations, and foreign language proficiency.

_

Work processes and applications.

Here you will find all the essential training necessary for daily tasks and activities. “Work processes and applications” teach employees how to use tools and software required to carry out their daily tasks at Bechtle, efficiently and effectively. Seminars cover everything from project management to the organisation of processes, and offer employees support for their specific jobs and tasks.

_

Management and leadership.

“Management and leadership” seminars cover topics related to employee leadership skills for our management and personnel staff.

Traineeships.

Our trainees are important to us. That’s why we offer them extensive training—above and beyond their regular in-class courses and practical work experience—amounting to as many as 20 days of seminars. Seminars cover specific IT subjects, including information on processes, communication and preparation for their tests.

One of the highlights of the traineeship is the annual “Bechtle trainee camp” (Azubi Camp). Trainees are enrolled in a week-long course of seminars on Microsoft Office and soft skills workshops. One such soft skills workshop is the seminar entitled “Self presentation – the key to success”, which includes dinner at the conclusion of a module on business etiquette.
