History.

Since its ipo in 2000, Bechtle has been pursuing a shareholder-friendly dividend policy that is focused on continuity. In the TecDAX, the company is still one of the few companies that have continued to distribute profits to shareholders year after year since their ipo, and whose dividends have steadily increased over time.

For the fiscal year 2011.

Those present at the AGM held on 19.06.2012 decided to pay out a dividend of 0.85 euros per share and a one-time special dividend of 0.15 euros on dividend-entitled capital from the net retained earnings for the 2011 fiscal year, which amounted to 21.00 million euros.

Those present at the AGM held on 07.06.2011 decided to pay out a dividend of 0.75 euros per share on dividend-entitled capital from the net retained earnings for the 2010 fiscal year, which amounted to 15.75 million euros.
