History.
Since its ipo in 2000, Bechtle has been pursuing a shareholder-friendly dividend policy that is focused on continuity. In the TecDAX, the company is still one of the few companies that have continued to distribute profits to shareholders year after year since their ipo, and whose dividends have steadily increased over time. In view of the record earnings in the reporting period and the company's excellent liquidity, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board propose to the Annual General Meeting to increase the divided by 0.10 euros to 0.85 euros per share and a one-time special dividend of 0.15 euros. This represents a dividend increase of 33 per cent.

For the fiscal year 2010.
Those present at the AGM held on 07.06.2011 decided to pay out a dividend of 0.75 euros per share on dividend-entitled capital from the net retained earnings for the 2010 fiscal year, which amounted to 15.75 million euros.
For the fiscal year 2009.
Those present at the AGM held on 16.06.2010 decided to pay out a dividend of 0.60 euros per share on dividend-entitled capital from the net retained earnings for the 2009 fiscal year, which amounted to 12.6 million euros.
