History.

Since its IPO in 2000, Bechtle's dividend policy has been favourable to shareholders and geared towards continuity. In 2010, the group distributed some 34% of its consolidated net income to shareholders. With a dividend yield of 2.6 per cent in the last fiscal year, we're among the leading companies listed on the TecDAX.

Those present at the AGM held on 07.06.2011 decided to pay out a dividend of 0.75 euros per share on dividend-entitled capital from the net retained earnings for the 2010 fiscal year, which amounted to 15.75 million euros.
