Pieterjan Bouten | The Death of the Salesmen

Who is Pieterjan?

Pieterjan Bouten began his career at Netlog and Accenture. In 2011, he partnered up with Louis Jonckheere and Peter Minne to co-found Showpad, a revenue enablement platform for commercial teams. He led Showpad as its CEO for over 10 years, growing the company to about $100M in revenue, with 500 employees globally. Pieterjan will give a keynote about the death of salesmen, tricky subject isn’t it? What would he mean by this, are salesmen really ‘dead’?

Who is Ruediger?

Prof. h. c. Ruediger Goetz is Managing Director at the Peter Schmidt Group, Germany’s top-selling branding and design agency. Considered as one of Germany's most renowned designers, his body of work is evidence for his approach of creating persuasive communication media as opposed to merely formally aesthetic design. Ruediger Goetz is a member of the ADC and DDC professional organisations, and is a professor at the Academy of Fashion and Design, as well as the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. He frequently serves on the panel of judges in creative competitions, including a stint as the German representative on the design jury of the Cannes Lions Festival in 2017.
