Vienna, 23 June 2021 – Bechtle IT System House Austria is the first partner to earn the Master Service Competency VMware Cloud Foundation seal of quality (MSC-VCF).
More and more companies are migrating their data and business applications into the cloud, with the use of multiple cloud services from different providers becoming a trend. This makes management more difficult for customers, which is why Bechtle IT System House Austria has started providing multi-cloud services via its very own VMware Cloud Verified data centre for Managed Services customers in Vienna. Customers benefit from bespoke cloud services from one source that cover the whole bandwidth of implementation scenarios.
Peter Zednik, Head of Services at Bechtle IT System House Austria sees the certification as a confirmation of the wealth of potential that lies in building up and operating modern, future-oriented IT infrastructures in a multi-cloud environment: “Moving business applications and company data into the cloud opens up entirely new possibilities. The question of which data can be moved into the cloud has as much to do with the technical framework as it does with the type of data and the type of cloud, which is why we develop bespoke cloud strategies with our customers—from analysis to operation. Our holistic support also gives them the opportunity to adjust services to their individual needs and IT infrastructures, whenever required.”
Bechtle already recognised with several VMware partner awards
The Bechtle IT System House Austria is a multiple-award-winning VMware partner and three-time recipient of the Principal Partner Badge, the highest level of qualification in the VMware partner programme. The data centre for Managed Services customers in Vienna also received the VMware Cloud Verified seal of quality. Master competencies are awarded to recognise high-level service capabilities, expert knowledge and the ability to design and oversee integrated solutions. The Master Service Competency VMware Cloud Foundation (MSC-VSF) was not introduced until the end of 2020 and is hence the newest seal of quality that VMware partners can achieve.
“This master competency certification only affirms our deep-rooted expert knowledge across the entire spectrum of server, storage and network virtualisation, cloud management and automation,” says Harald Schneider, Solution Architect at Bechtle IT System House Austria.
VMware Cloud Foundation offers extensive software-defined services for computing, storage, network, security and cloud management by means of a central hybrid cloud platform. The hybrid solution means that companies are no longer restricted to their private cloud, as they can instead expand this to the public cloud for certain applications and workloads, or migrate and outsource them entirely.
