The new way of working with Bechtle Clouds.
Adobe ended its VIP purchasing program for businesses at the end of January 2025
The Bechtle Clouds program offers a more personalized and streamlined system. Since customers often have specific needs when it comes to Adobe software licenses, the flexibility and scope of the program allow Bechtle to develop attractive proposals with software as a key element and execute plans seamlessly and continuously.
Renewal configuration in Bechtle Clouds:
- Renewal settings (number of licenses to be renewed) can be changed up to 72 hours before the renewal date.
- After this time, the configuration is locked and no adjustments can be made, including activating/deactivating automatic renewals.
We therefore recommend that you make your adjustments in advance to be on the safe side.
“English only” products are being phased out.
Since the end of August 2025, Adobe licenses in English only are no longer available.
Only multi-European language licenses are now offered.
Important information:
- Existing “English only” licenses will expire as normal.
- Automatic renewals are disabled by the system.
- Customers must order new Multi-European Language licenses after expiration.
- During the remaining term of a contract, it is still possible to increase existing licenses.
- For 3-year commitments: “English only” licenses can continue to be used and increased until the end of the contract. At the end of the contract, it will be mandatory to switch to “Multi-European” licenses.
