Live-agent technical support: Mon. to Fri. from 09:00 to 17:30.
(One-time fee of 20 cents from a German landline. Calls from a mobile phone will cost a maximum of 60 cents per call depending on the provider)
Included services:
- No additional repair costs (until PRINT AirBag volume has been reached)
- Repair of device defects
- Repair of the device as soon as it shows a prompt on its display (replacement of fuser unit, laser unit or the rollers)
- Onsite repair or exchange
- Pickup repairs (with return delivery)
The service does not include:
- The replacement of office supplies
- Loss of functionality (check datasheet)
Please note:
Full service packs must be registered within 6 months of device purchase.
Brother will not bear the costs for recovery of data that was lost in the context of a service case.
