Anne | Desk-based Worker.

Anne can be found at her regular workplace every day during office hours, whether this in the office or at home. Thanks to the noise-cancelling headset, she can handle her conference calls one by one without being disturbed. In between her calls, she updates her administrative tasks. Anne relies on the performance of her device and enjoys minimal downtime for optimal productivity. Because she usually uses her fixed workplace, she has her own peripherals such as a keyboard and mouse.

John is always in and out of meetings. He spends half his time working at the office and the other half in meetings. His data must be available quickly and securely, so he always has his notebook with him. This is why he has a lightweight device with sufficient capacity and performance. In between the hustle and bustle, he docks at his workplace and puts on his noise-cancelling headset to read a few things in peace. Furthermore, he is available both internally and externally and must occasionally give a presentation on location. In the evening when he gets home, he checks his email and prepares for the next morning meeting.

Alex | Road Warrior.

Alex is constantly on the go for work. In the car, train, plane or at customers' homes. This means he should be able to go online anywhere. The lightweight notebook is easy to bring wherever he goes, has a professional look and great performance for good first impressions with customers. In between appointments, he updates his email and looks up the location of his next appointment. Because he’s always working remotely, and also if he wants to present something at a customer’s location, it is useful that his notebook has a slightly larger screen. If his notebook crashes, it needs to be replaced and delivered to Alex quickly, wherever he is. When he is in the office, he docks his laptop at one of the flex desks.
