Included:

  • Standard warranty extension from 12 to 24, 36 months (mobile devices) and to 48 or 60 months (desktop devices)
  • Resolution of hardware issues (incl. labour, return, replacement parts)
  • Bring-in – Free returns within Switzerland
  • Service: Response time: 48 hours, repair and return
  • For issues that the vendor would also accept for claims
  • Other issues can be resolved based on labour and replacement parts
  • Price estimate possible for a fee (desktop devices: 49 CHF, mobile devices: 29 CHF). Taken into account when repair is requested.

 

 

Not included:

  • Software faults (OS and application software)
  • Batteries (only if covered by manufacturer's warranty)
  • Faults arising from changes to system configuration
  • User errors (operation and handling), optical defects, mechanical damage
  • Personal fault (based on price estimate)
