How can I return a product?

If you would like to return a product, simply request a return in your account. Go to the relevant invoice and select ‘Return items’ in the ‘Option’ drop-down list. We will process your request asap. If you ordered a product by mistake, please be aware that we can only accept a return if the original box is still sealed. If you have received the wrong product or the product is defective or damaged, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help. Learn more

Where can I find my returns?

You can find your returns under the heading 'Products & Purchasing' in your account. You can see the details and current status of returns you have requested.

I have received a product I didn't order.

Please contact us and send us the item number, EAN code/barcode and pictures of the differing item.

The quantity delivered does not match with the quantity ordered.

Please contact us and tell us the order number, item number and different quantity.
