4. What we expect.
To ensure your application gets the consideration it deserves, make sure to be as thorough as possible. A complete application includes a personal cover letter indicating your earliest start date and desired salary, a clear CV, diplomas and any employer reference letters and relevant certificates.
5. How the process continues.
Your application will be reviewed by both our HR team and the department looking to hire new people. If we have the impression that you would be a good fit for the job, we’ll send you an invitation to get to know you in person. This process usually involves multiple interviews. If it fits for both sides, we’ll make you an offer.
6. Off to a good start.
When joining Bechtle as a new employee, you attend Mikado, our two-day orientation event. You’ll also receive a personal, tailored induction plan to start you off on the right foot.
