There’s truly something for everyone. Over 100 seminars, various webinars and diverse e-learning courses are available to prepare you for the future. Topics range from technical subjects, communication and social skills to working methods and techniques, management and leadership - to name just a few.
As a Bechtle employee, you'll have access to diverse specialist and career development programmes to help you target your personal goals. These programmes prepare junior staff for leadership positions, help managers expand their leadership skills and enable specialists to round out their profiles with specific qualifications, such as Bechtle IT business architect certification. We also offer custom and peer coaching.
Bechtle offers a nine-month Trainee Programme for university graduates, candidates with professional experience in other fields and as well for Bechtle employees demonstrating the right potential. It’s the perfect opportunity to get up to speed in industry or public-sector sales or IT consulting/IT system engineering. The online employment platform ABSOLVENTA has recognised the programme multiple times as a “straightforward, career-enhancing trainee programme”.
We place a premium on further technical training. That’s why we work together with our vendor partners to offer our empoyees specific IT certifications. We also provide vendor-neutral certifications in project management, such as ITIL and PRINCE2, through our seminar portfolio.
