We can help…

Emotional Intelligence for Sales is the virtual version of the classroom course on Emotional Intelligence and is a different kind of experience where you will take time to self-reflect and consider the emotional side of sales conversations.

This course covers the five competencies of emotional intelligence and focusses in particular on self awareness, self regulation and social skills. You will gain some insights into why you react the way you do and learn some simple tools for staying calm in the face of difficult customer situations. If you have taken the Art of Persuasion course too, you will recognize the same Emotional Intelligence competencies, however, in this course we focus more on recognizing your own as well as your customer’s emotions and how you can regulate them, whereas the Art of Persuasion focusses specifically on how to use influencing and persuasion techniques to convince the customer of the value that Bechtle can bring.
