Information about the course.

  • Trainer: Iris Löwe
  • 30 minutes in which the common "problem zones" - such as hands and arms that are highly stressed by working on the computer, the muscles in the upper back and chest area that are shortened by sitting and the insufficient flexibility in the hip area and lower back are worked on and compensated.
  • Previous experience with Yoga is not required.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing.
