Paolo Iacona took up his position as Business Process Automation Manager at HanseVision in 2021 and is jointly responsible for the expansion of the ServiceNow Competence Center. In this environment, he looks after, supports and accompanies customers both in the optimization of their digital business processes and in the introduction of new IT solutions. In his career to date, he has held various positions as a strategy and business consultant as well as project manager for international IT projects.
