“Keep moving”—this could be the catchphrase of Diana Langer, who started at Bechtle over 21 years ago as the first dual student in Logistics & Service GmbH. Today, the enthusiastic endurance athlete is a member of the Executive Board of Bechtle E-Commerce Holding AG in Neckarsulm.

When Matthias Drescher applied for a job at Bechtle, things didn’t really go to plan. But he got his foot in another Bechtle door. The start of a career that reached its peak in 2016—the former trainee takes the helm of Bechtle ÖA direct.

After working for 12 years as an account manager at Bechtle Karlsruhe, where I was able to gain some experience in sales, I have been dedicating myself to my new task since this year and am responsible for the Managed Service division in the IT system house in Karlsruhe.

Patrick Pötz studied information management in Graz. His Master thesis was on the topic of surveillance and the handling of sensitive data. He has been an IT security consultant for Bechtle Graz since October 2017.

Alexander Schweitzer describes himself as a straightforward guy, and his career at Bechtle is a case in point. Ten years ago, his first day at Bechtle also happened to mark his first venture into IT. Fast-forward a decade, in 2021 he’s one of two managing directors of Bechtle direct. When you look closely, though, his trajectory didn’t always follow such a straight line. In fact, when he first joined Bechtle, it took a surprising turn.

Since my studies in marketing and international business management, I have gained several years of professional experience in B2B marketing. Since 2020, I have been working in content management at Bechtle in Neckarsulm. There, I focus on the top issues and am the first contact person for the Modern Workplace topic area.

Nicole Dörr kicks off her Bechtle success story in 1991. It takes some detours via Freiburg and Stuttgart before, in 2002, it homes back in on Bechtle. Today she’s on the Microsoft team full tim. Her motto: “Move and the way appears.”
