Münster training centre receives award for excellent customer orientation.
Top class: The Bechtle training centre in Münster was awarded the EATO Performance Award 2020 for customer orientation. This means that the training centre prevailed over all training companies in the German-speaking region.
The EATO (European Association for Training Organisations e. V.) comprises all major training providers in the German-speaking countries. Every year, the association awards the prize to the training centre that tops the ITCR ranking for customer orientation and infrastructure. The team in Munster is ecstatic about the win this year. “I am delighted to see a Bechtle Training Centre win the award for the first time. We’re very honoured to be singled out as the best training centre in all of the DACH countries. Ranking first in the 2020 ITCR underscores the excellent quality, infrastructure and service that we provide here in Munster,” says Frank Pleimann, head of the Training Centre.
The team in Munster consults customers on the best training and certification opportunities for their employees across a selection of over 500 topics, drawing on their expertise as a certified partner of major industry names. The Training Centre was founded in August 2016. Just two years into its existence, it moved into an all new building in September 2018, a modern, 850 m2 training space equipped with cutting-edge technology. There are eight fully equipped training rooms, a spacious conference room, as well as eight VUE test centre stations enabling participants to test their knowledge and acquire certification on the spot.
