The Home Office Premium communication and collaboration package includes:
- Quick inventory of your infrastructure
- Deployment of necessary Office 365/MS Teams infrastructure (including room conferences); Focus: Communication and collaboration
- Detailed information on the structure and setup of MS Teams, configuration of an authorisation concept and role rights, basic security, basic governance, basic compliance, external user access, meetings and conferences
- Configuration of collaboration settings, team structure and additional features in MS Teams
- Configuration of communications settings and meetings (without landline telephone features)
- Remote setup of up to three conference devices in accordance with product recommendations
- Handover and training
- Documentation of first use and follow-up Q&A feedback session
Other individual package additions can be discussed and implemented in a direct consultation. All works can be carried out quickly, easily and remotely.
