The new TS-x77 Series NAS.

The first Ryzen™-based NAS with up to 8 cores and 16 threads and graphics card support to redefine your virtualisation and 4K processing experiences.

Incorporating incredible performance, reliability and scalability, QNAP'S new TS-x77 series NAS provides an exceptional storage solution for diverse business IT environments. Tower models will use AMD Ryzen 7 1700 (8-cores/16-threads) or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (6-cores/12-threads) processors.

The high-end business series will be available in 6 , 8 , and 12 -bay models for 6.4 cm (2.5") and 8.9 cm (3.5") hard drives with two M.2 SATA 6 GB/s SSD slots also provided. The TS-x77 series support AES-NI encryption acceleration and up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM. Every model in the series provides USB 3.1 Gen2 10Gbps Type-A and Type-C ports, and three PCIe slots for incredible expansion potential. Supported PCIe devices include a graphics card, 10GbE/40GbE NICs, PCIe NVMe SSD, USB 3.1 expansion cards, and QM2 cards (that add additional M.2 SSDs or 10GbE connectivity).

TS-x77 series supports RAID 50/60 to provide greater data protection and random write performance, striking a balance between capacity, protection and performance. The latest Qtier™ 2.0 adds IO Aware capabilities for SSD tiered storage to keep a cache-like reserved space to handle burst I/O in real time, maximizing the cost-to-performance value.
