Tip 1: Preparation is everything.
Been invited for an interview? Congratulations! You’ve overcome the first hurdle and now it’s all about preparation and your interest in Bechtle. Find out as much as you can about the company and especially about what it is aiming to achieve. Make sure you remember the small details as they’ll show you have a particular interest in the company.
Tip 2: Everybody makes mistakes
Making mistakes is the most normal thing for a person to do, and yet nobody likes it when it happens to them Of course, when you are interviewing for a new job, you hope that everything goes smoothly so that your potential new employer gets the best impression of you. Having said that, mistakes are part of life and no-one is going to judge you if you make one.
Tip 3: Be yourself
The most important tip of all is it always be confident. Be open and honest—this is the best way to show people who you really are. Don’t lie about your strengths because doing so will only be to your own detriment. After all, the employer wants to find the best person for the job, but you want to find the best job for you. Don’t be afraid of asking questions you can’t find the answers to on the careers site. If you do, you’ll be showing that are able to think outside the box.
