What delivery options do I have?

After placing your order, you are of course looking forward to receiving your goods as soon as possible.

Here is an overview of the delivery options and times:

 

Standard delivery:

Generally takes 24 to 48 hours.

 

Scheduled delivery:

Orders are usually delivered on the next business day. If you wish to receive your delivery on a specific date,

please first ask your account manager, as this depends on the order volume and other factors.

How long will it take my order to reach me?

It usually takes 1 to 3 business days on average for you to receive your order (within Germany).

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived yet, please contact your account manager, who can give you the current status of your order. If you have a customer account or a bios® account, you can also check the current status of your order at any time online.

My order arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the order from the carrier or delivery service and register your complaint of goods damaged in transit with them, and then promptly inform your Bechtle account manager.

We will immediately review your claim and offer you a solution.

My order arrived incomplete.

If your order has arrived incomplete, please contact your account manager. We will immediately review your claim and offer you a solution.

I received the wrong goods.

If your order contains the wrong goods, please contact your account manager. We will immediately review your claim and offer you a solution.
