Dual-study programm: Bachelor of Arts – Commerce

Hey everyone!
Let me introduce myself. My name is Jana and I’m 19. After I finished my A-Levels in 2018, I was offered a place on a cooperative study programme by Bechtle. It was one anxious year before the time finally came for me to join the Bechtle Neckarsulm family with 70 others at the beginning of September 2019.

The Start

Over 200 students kicked off their careers at the Bechtle Group that September. We all gathered in Neckarsulm for our Azubi Mikado where we got to know each other a little better and could sit on interesting presentations.

I want to tell you about what the first few weeks hold and what I’ve experienced so far. The first week was all about getting to know Bechtle. We were given the opportunity to chat with long-serving employees and visited our new departments for the first time. I was keen to find out where I would get my first practical experience, wanted to meet my colleagues and was curious what me new desk would look like.

I’ve now grown used to where I work and feel right at home. :-)

I was able to join my colleagues at an event in week two, which was specifically for the shareholders and held in Neckarsulm, plus I completed my first seminar on communicating by phone. I can say with confidence that it was the right decision to join Bechtle and I felt very welcome here right from the off.

After the first month in the office, I started the theoretical part of my studies at the cooperative university in Mosbach at the beginning of October.
I’m looking forward to the next three years at Bechtle and wish all new Azubis a lot of fun.
