With a contemporary network infrastructure and quick, scalable IT support, the GRC Düsseldorf is ready for the future.
The German Red Cross (GRC) faces emergencies and unusual situations every day. Fast reaction times and smooth procedures are hugely important for the GRC Düsseldorf, one of the biggest GRC district associations in Germany, because people’s well-being depends on them. As the organisation was growing rapidly and could no longer meet increasing requirements, it turned to Bechtle.
The Bechtle IT System House Düsseldorf standardised the workplaces as well as the network infrastructure and put quicker IT support in place—available around the clock. The new central and low-maintenance infrastructure is scalable and therefore equipped for further growth. “We wouldn't have been able to make such a huge change on our own,” says Till Nagelschmidt, CIO of the GRC Düsseldorf.
Till Nagelschmidt sees himself as well prepared for the future: “I’m convinced that we’ve got a great partner in Bechtle. Bechtle has corresponding expert departments and solutions for all questions and requirements that may arise–that’s impressive.”
