Know where to go – with Bechtle’s IT map.

Step 1: Inventory and document.

With the help of Docusnap software, the Bechtle experts record the complete IT infrastructure of the customer in the first step. In the second step, the dependencies between individual IT assets, services, and business processes are identified. This is what the company’s IT map is based on.
