Neckarsulm/Leinfelden-Echterdingen, 20 April 2016 – Bechtle-Comsoft is expanding its partnership with Snow Software, the world’s leading developer of software asset management (SAM) solutions, in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Through this partnership, which was established in 2015, Bechtle-Comsoft provides hosted SAM solutions by Snow Software in Germany and Switzerland, thereby meeting customer demand for simple, quick implementation of long-term SAM solutions. Expansion plans for the partnership include bringing managed SAM solutions (SAM365) based on Snow technology to Bechtle’s data centres in Friedrichshafen, Germany, and Regensdorf, Switzerland.
The partnership between Bechtle-Comsoft and Snow is built on a profitable business opportunity, as Gartner predicts that hosted SAM solutions will grow ten times faster in future than traditional on-premise solutions. Bechtle-Comsoft advises customers on everything from SAM processes and software implementation to the optimisation potential of individual software vendors.
The SAM solutions offered are aimed at business customers of any size and tailored to their requirements. Their objective is to increase software licensing efficiency and reduce compliance risks. “Together with Snow we offer a solution to our customers that helps them to be licensed in a sustainable way from an economic and legal point of view.
