Creative Cloud Synced Files.

Starting 1st February 2024 users will no longer be able to share files or folders from Creative Cloud Synced files with new users outside of your organisation, sharing will continue to work within your organisation until 1st October.

Creative Cloud Content Synchronisation Changes.

As of October 2024, Adobe will begin discontinuing the Creative Cloud content synchronisation process as well as synced file and folder sharing, and permanently remove the cloud-based copies of files for users. Adobe will begin discontinuing Creative Cloud Synced files for business customers. Assets in the local Creative Cloud Files folder on user devices will no longer be synchronised with Creative Cloud storage. User files will remain in their local Creative Cloud Files folder. Folders and assets previously shared from Creative Cloud Synced files will no longer be accessible to others including inside your organisation as well as externally.

Note that users may not see these changes right away as Adobe roll out the process gradually.

  • Offer Term: 22 August - 12 September 2023.
  • This offer is available to customers located in EMEA through the VIP and VIP Marketplace licensing programs.
  • This offer is available to new Adobe customers who do not have a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription & existing Adobe customers who wish to purchase additional seats of Creative Cloud for Teams. Offer does not apply to renewals.
  • This offer is also available to customers who want to upgrade from Single Apps to All Apps within their renewal window (30 days +/- anniversary date) on their existing VIP contract.
  • For transactions under this offer which do not fulfil the eligibility criteria Adobe reserves the right to terminate the respective licences.
  • 12-month membership required for new customers enrolling a new VIP agreement.

The price change applies to VIP Members, including:

This increase is about 40%.
