Update to Dynamics 365 commercial pricing effective on 1st October 2024.
Building on recent product innovation, Microsoft announced update to commercial pricing for certain Dynamics 365 SKUs, the first substantive update since October 2019. This change will go into effect on 1st October 2024.

[2] Pricing per user per month will increase by $15 in all tiers in Microsoft Relationship Sales. Only 10-99 user tier shown for simplicity.
Pricing for Dynamics 365 Business Central will remain unchanged.
Prices for Dynamics 365 on-premises solutions will increase at the same rate as cloud pricing,
respectively for on-premises Customer Engagement and Operations products.
Changes to Power BI Premium Capacity licensing.
Microsoft have announced the retirement date of Power BI Premium Capacity SKU’s (P1-P5).
To allow for easier transition, Microsoft have allowed P SKU users to access all of the Fabric suite capabilities.
*New Customers will not be able to purchase Power BI Premium Capacity past July 1st 2024.
*After January 1st 2025, existing Power BI Premium Capacity customers will need to transition to the Fabric SKU’s upon renewal.
New Premium SKU available for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
D365 Supply Chain Management Premium is now available for all customers across the NCE stack.
Premium expands on the functionality of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and includes Demand Planning capabilities. Users who need to create plans, budgets, forecasts, or demand analysis reports will need to have a Supply Chain Management Premium license’.

Changes to Office/Microsoft 365 and Teams.
Microsoft has announced that starting from 1st April, Teams will no longer be included in Enterprise licensing and will need to be purchased separately.
This affects M365 E3, M365 E5, O365 E3, O365 E5 licenses.
This will not impact M365 Business Basic, Standard, or Premium, although the option to purchase without Teams will become available.
