        None

        Objective:

Achieve sustainable inner fortitude and composure at work and in life! Bolstered by resilience training and its numerous exercises on thinking patterns, we can more easily overcome the challenges life throws at us, are emotionally equipped for (coronavirus) crises and can better handle personal changes. With targeted and guided self-reflection and coping strategies, we boost our inner resilience to help us overcome insecurities more easily. When times are tough, we can find ourselves under enormous pressure both personally and professionally to such an extent that we start to lose our way. Instead of taking control of our lives, we instead lurch between obligations and heteronomy. If we want to retake control of our life processes and leverage our inner strength for a more relaxed life, resilience training is the perfect way to getting there.

        • Questions on personal resilience
