It is only possible to mirror displays when using macOS.
Please note:
AC adapter not included. The notebook's USB-C AC adapter can be used or one must be purchased in addition.
The dock itself needs up to 7.5 W. Use a power supply unit with sufficient power. (E.g. 65 W power adapter, only 57.5 W goes to the notebook)
Your notebook must support Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4 or come with a USB-C port with DP Alt Modus (MST) and Power Delivery for monitors and power supply to work.
