ARTICONA’s quality is consistently high. Thanks to the work of our QA centre specialists who ensure all products undergo three stages of testing. Ben Brouns, Head of Quality Management, tells us how suppliers are selected and EU directives complied with.
Maximum customer satisfaction is our goal, so we need to ensure that the quality of our brand remains high. Our products undergo stringent functionality tests and have to meet the quality standards and levels we set. ARTICONA stands for quality. Products only go out to customers when we are completely satisfied.

Of course. The list is quite long and ranges from products standards to EU and country-specific regulations. We are also ISO-certified: We have both the ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certificates, and we also keep a close eye on our suppliers. We request their ISO certificates and carry out comprehensive audits for assessment purposes.
Our product managers keep an eye on IT trends and customer requirements and select ARTICONA’s product range accordingly. We in quality management work very closely with our product managers and check that all the necessary certifications are in place and request the relevant documents from the suppliers and check them thoroughly. We only work with suppliers who do not use harmful substances in their materials, produce products in an environmentally friendly manner, do not permit child labour and offer their employees decent working conditions. EU standards are very important to us.
