Neckarsulm/Walluf, 19 March 2015 – Bechtle subsidiary HCV Data Management GmbH has joined the Business Partner programme of Dassault Systèmes, a global player in industrial software. As Bechtle’s Competence Centre for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industry 4.0, HCV Data is now able to advise customers on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE solutions.

HCV Data is expanding its portfolio of PLM solutions with leading applications from Dassault Systèmes. This includes the 3D design software CATIA, popular among enterprise customers, as well as solutions for product planning and programme management (ENOVIA), integrated automation (DELMIA) and intelligent Big Data management and analysis (EXALEAD). Previously, HCV Data focused its consulting and integration services on Dassault Systèmes’ SOLIDWORKS brand.

“Expanding our portfolio allows us to offer mid-size companies and corporate groups access to Dassault Systèmes’ extensive range of products. Our certified experts advise and support businesses in diverse industries who want to introduce innovative tools for digital process planning and optimisation—a critical step towards Industry 4.0,” says Norbert Franchi, Managing Director of HCV Data and Head of the Software Division at Bechtle. In addition, customised 3DEXPERIENCE platform solutions help companies drastically cut the time needed to adapt processes and business models to changing requirements and to introduce advanced technologies at all company sites.

“HCV Data has a track record of being an important strategic partner for Dassault Systèmes. Taking our partnership to the next level was a logical consequence,” explains Andreas Barth, Managing Director EuroCentral, Dassault Systèmes. “The Bechtle Group has an immense customer base and strong ties with the industrial, educational and research sectors, as well as an in-depth understanding of Industry 4.0. We look forward to fully leveraging our synergies with the Bechtle Group and to helping our customers pioneer their own advanced business models.”
