Please apply online using our recruiting tool. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications sent by email or post.

What documents do I need for my application?

We look forward to receiving your current CV, as well as recent certificates or references, where applicable. A cover letter is optional, but you’re welcome to include one.

You’ll find the right contact person listed in the job posting you’re applying for.

Can you notify me about suitable job opportunities?

Can I apply for multiple positions?

You’re welcome to apply for up to three roles at the same time.

When can I expect a response to my application?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. However, reviewing your application can take up to two weeks.

Why can’t I upload my application documents?

There may be several reasons:

No file has been selected in the required “CV” field.
Your files are too large or corrupted (maximum 5 MB per file, 10 MB in total).
An unsupported file format was selected. Accepted formats are: pdf, doc, docx, odt, rtf, txt, jpeg, gif and png

I’ve forgotten my password or username. What should I do?

You can reset your password in the recruiting tool by selecting “Forgot your password?” Your username is usually your email address.

What happens to my data during the application process?

Protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly is a priority for us. We only process the information you provide in the application form to ensure fair and effective recruiting and to contact you about your application. You can find our Privacy Policy here.

Will my application be automatically deleted?

We comply with all applicable legal requirements for data deletion within six months. Mandatory statutory retention periods are also observed. You can delete your account at any time under ‘Search Options and Privacy’ in your profile.

What does the interview process look like?

The process depends on the department and location. Typically, we start with an initial phone or video interview, followed by a second interview in person. You’ll receive all the details by email in advance so you can prepare accordingly.

Which video conferencing tool does Bechtle use for online interviews?

We use Microsoft Teams for online interviews. No registration is required – you can simply join as a guest via your browser. We’ll send you the access details and further information by email ahead of time.
