Microsoft Cloud Pricing Update.

We’d like to inform you of an important update regarding Microsoft’s cloud SKU pricing and licensing framework.

To simplify and streamline your purchasing experience, Microsoft is aligning pricing across all licensing channels. Starting 1st November 2025, the price for a given cloud SKU will be consistent—regardless of whether it is purchased through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, Enterprise Agreement (EA), or other licensing models. This means there will no longer be a price advantage between options such as A, B, C, or D on EA/ESA/SCE agreements.

For further details, please refer to the following link: Microsoft Online Services: Pricing Consistency Update | Microsoft Licensing Resources

For Small and Medium Enterprises & Corporate (SME&C) customers, CSP will remain the primary purchasing route. EA will continue to be available where appropriate, particularly for Enterprise customers.

Discounts will still be available and can be discussed with your aligned Microsoft Commercial Executive or Account Executive, who will help identify the best options for your organization.

We’d be happy to discuss this change in more detail. Please let us know your availability, and we’ll be glad to arrange a Teams call at a convenient time.
