Martin Kull holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). He also completed further training in executive coaching and the INSEAD Board of Directors Program. He spent eight years in various leadership positions at Orange Business, most recently serving as Managing Director for the DACH region and Eastern Europe. His career also includes roles at system integrator Etrali SA, the global communications company Avaya, and cybersecurity provider Acronis. Since October 2025, the experienced industry expert has been Vice President at Bechtle in Switzerland. In addition, he is active in advisory roles and as an investor.

Thomas Eschbach holds a degree in Business Informatics and has completed numerous advanced trainings in leadership, sales, digitalization, and other IT disciplines. He spent several years in various leadership positions in sales at both local and international companies, including serving as Sales Director at Oracle and HP Enterprise, where he was responsible for the Swiss market. His professional experience also includes roles in consulting, services, and Managing Director positions both in Switzerland and abroad. Since December 2025, the experienced sales expert has been Head of Sales at Bechtle Bechtle Schweiz AG, overseeing all segments as well as the entire portfolio of trade and services.

Daniel Kuster studied Business Informatics at the University of Zurich and began his career in the IT industry in 1993 at the distributor ALSO ABC Trading (now ALSO Schweiz). In 2007, Daniel Kuster joined the management team of Lenovo Schweiz, where he was most recently responsible for Enterprise and Public Sector Accounts. Before joining ARP Schweiz, he worked at Ingram Micro Schweiz for several years as Director of Volume Distribution & Sales. At ARP, he assumed the role of Co-Managing Director in 2018. Since the merger of ARP with Bechtle direct in 2022, he has been acting as Co-Managing Director of Bechtle direct in Switzerland.

Natasa Kovacevic earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from HWZ Zurich, specializing in corporate management, corporate writing, strategic management, and behavioral economics. She also completed a CAS in Management & Psychology. Her career in the IT industry began in 2012 at UMB AG as Head of Marketing & HR. Further leadership roles took her to Netstream AG and ITpoint Systems AG before she joined Bechtle Schweiz AG in 2021. She is a member of the executive board and is responsible not only for marketing and communications but also for strategic initiatives in corporate development. Her doctoral project at Middlesex University focused on “Nudging Approaches to Promote IT Career Choices among Young Girls in Switzerland”.

Leo Prado is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Lausanne and completed the CRPM Advanced Management Programme in Lausanne, which focuses on the fundamentals of management and leadership in the context of transformation. Passionate about technology and innovation, he began his career in IT in 1992 at MPC Informatique SA, before the latter joined the ALSO Group in 1995 and, since 2001, the Bechtle Group. With 24 years of experience in sales and sales management, Leo has been Managing Director of Bechtle Suisse SA for more than seven years, overseeing operations in French-speaking Switzerland. His career has given him in-depth expertise in sales strategy, leadership and supporting companies in their digital transformation.

Armando Seixas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Coimbra, a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from IPAM, and a short MBA in Management from EGE - Atlantic Business School. Armando worked as an Export Manager in the textile industry, as Country Sales Director for Schäfer Shop, and as Managing Director of Bechtle Direct Portugal, where he built and led the company for almost 14 years. He is currently the Managing Director of Bechtle direct AG Switzerland and brings over 25 years of leadership experience to the role.

Andreas Weidner is a trained business administrator. After completing his training, he worked internationally in Taiwan and India for a large German engineering firm. Since 2008, Andreas Weidner has worked in various management roles at Bechtle Würzburg GmbH, from 2018 to 2024 as Managing Director. Since 01.03.2024, he has been responsible for the service business of Bechtle Schweiz AG as Head of Services.
