Bechtle AG has acquired Dutch IT service provider ITAM Solutions BV, headquartered in Eindhoven. Founded in 2007, the company specialises in IT asset management solutions and provides comprehensive consulting in FinOps and cost management.
Stefan Heim will take on the role of Vice President Business Applications at Bechtle AG from 1 October.
Bechtle AG saw shoots of recovery in its second quarter 2025. Business volume increased by 5.1% to €1,925.5 m.
