This Lindy USB 3.1 Type C M.2 SSD enclosure allows the use of a SATA-based M.2 SSD as a mobile external drive. It supports high USB 3.1 Gen 2 data rates up to 10 Gbps and SATA data transfer rates up to 6 Gbps. "USB Attached SCSI" (UASP) also guarantees high speeds for UASP-enabled computers.
The USB 3.1 M.2 SSD case is compatible with most SATA-based M.2 SSDs in 30, 42, 60 and 80 mm lengths. Installation is simple; the case is powered via the USB bus, no external power supply is required.
