T H White approached Bechtle with the need for a better e-mail solution that properly catered for mobile users. Bechtle arranged a 30 day trial of Office 365 Exchange Online for T H White, which allowed them to test out the features in their own environment and with their own users. Bechtle also covered the different plans and pricing to help T H White choose an option that suited them best and was scalable for their entire organisation.
Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online gave T H White what they needed in terms of a synchronised mobile email solution with world class data protection. The ability to start with a small test group and then easily add users gave T H White the opportunity to properly evaluate the solution and then deploy to new areas of the business in a staged approach, until ultimately covering the entire organisation.
