Microsoft 365 E7 has been announced!
AI is no longer about isolated pilots or productivity experiments. Organisations are now asking a bigger question: how do we operationalise AI safely, consistently, and at scale?
Microsoft’s answer is Microsoft 365 E7 — a new enterprise suite designed to help organisations move from “trying AI” to running AI as part of everyday work, with the same security, governance and control they already expect from Microsoft 365.

Update to the Agent 365 Purchase Plan.
The Agent Pre-Purchase Plan was launched back in November 2025 to make it easier to buy consumption units for Agents created through Microsoft Foundry and/or Copilot Studio. You buy 20,000, 100,00 or 500,000 Agent Commit Units and then have a year to use them on any of the supported services. What’s new? From February 2026 Microsoft Fabric and GitHub Copilot are added to the list of services that the ACUs can be used on.
Power Apps Per App User SL returns to CSP.
Microsoft announce a clarification to the January discontinuation of the Power Apps Per App User SL. The original announcement confirmed its End of Sale date as 2 January, 2026. This applied to all agreements and Microsoft swiftly removed it from the Licensing Guide and price lists. This update confirms that the change, in fact, does NOT affect CSP, and that it will return to price lists with full availability for new and renewing customers from early April. The Enterprise Agreement and MPSA End of Sale information still stands.

Agent 365 GA Announcement!
Agent 365 is a control plane for AI Agents, helping businesses to deploy, organise, and govern AI Agents securely. It gives each AI Agent its own Microsoft Entra Agent ID for identity, lifecycle, and access management, and allows Agents to be observable and managed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. General Availability of Agent 365 is on 1st May, 2026. Licensed at $15 per user per month. All Agents acting on behalf of a licensed user are covered, meaning that Agents won’t require their own Agent 365 or Microsoft 365 E7 licence.
