Can I change the time and address of my delivery?

Yes. Swiss Post offers a service called ‘My consignments’, which lets you manage your parcels. Recipients can flexibly change the delivery time, location or delivery day through the customer portal. You can also track shipments in real time and manage your notification settings in the app or by email.
