Bechtle strengthens AI capabilities with acquisition of Bespoke XYZ

    • Bechtle UK adds Manchester AI and Power Platform specialist
    • Sixth acquisition by Bechtle in the UK and Ireland
    • Bechtle UK continues growth strategy in British market

Neckarsulm/Manchester, 05 November 2026 – Bechtle AG is further expanding its capabilities in the fast-growing market for artificial intelligence, data analytics and automation through the acquisition of Bespoke XYZ Limited (Bespoke) and its subsidiary Savvy. Founded in 2013 and based in Manchester, Bespoke specialises in Microsoft-based AI, data analytics and Power Platform solutions, while Savvy focuses on the education sector as a managed IT services provider (MSP), offering IT support, Microsoft 365 and licensing, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity services. The acquisition brings 52 employees to Bechtle, including an offshore delivery team in the Philippines. In the 2025/26 financial year, Bespoke generated revenue of approximately £3.5 million. Bechtle and Bespoke have already been working together successfully on customer projects for more than two years. The business will initially continue to operate as an independent company within Bechtle UK.

The Bechtle Group has operated successfully in the UK for 29 years and has maintained a presence in Manchester since July 2019. Since 2022, Bechtle has completed four acquisitions in the UK and, most recently, one in Ireland. The acquisition of Bespoke marks Bechtle’s sixth transaction in the UK and Ireland and expands its expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot and AI agents. It also broadens the company’s capabilities in developing and implementing AI strategies, automation and analytics solutions, and managed services, further strengthening Bechtle’s position as a partner for AI-enabled business and IT transformation.

“The acquisition of Bespoke enables us to provide a clear path to AI for customers who are often not sure where to begin on the AI journey. Bespoke will form the foundation of Bechtle’s AI Practice, which will position Bechtle at the heart of the customer’s AI-enabled business and IT transformation strategy. We are very excited to have the exceptional Bespoke team on board and unlock the full potential within our customers,” says James Napp, Regional Director UK&I at Bechtle.

Founders and majority shareholders Sam Bright and Jordan Brookes will remain with the business and continue to drive its development alongside Bechtle. Bespoke will initially retain its status as an independent company within Bechtle UK.

“We founded Bespoke with the ambition of delivering innovative solutions built on the latest Microsoft technologies. In Bechtle, we have found a strong partner that shares our vision and gives us new opportunities to scale our expertise and expand into new markets,” says Sam Bright.

Jordan Brookes: “Joining Bechtle opens up exciting new opportunities for our team, our customers and our business. Together, we can further expand our expertise in AI, automation and data platforms while supporting our customers even more effectively as they advance their digital transformation.”

The acquisition gives Bechtle access to a particularly dynamic market segment with strong demand for Copilot, AI and automation solutions. Beyond the growth opportunities in the UK&I, Bespoke’s expertise has the potential to benefit the Bechtle Group’s wider European organisation, supporting the continued expansion of AI-based consulting and transformation services.

The purchase price and conditions remain confidential, as usual.

Bechtle in the UK and Ireland (UK&I):

Bechtle’s presence in the UK dates back to 1997, when the company established its own sales organisation in Chippenham. Since opening a second location in Manchester in 2019, the company has further expanded its presence through a series of acquisitions, including ACS Systems (2022), Tangible Benefit (2023), Qolcom and PLM software developer DriveWorks (2024), significantly broadening its capabilities in the UK market. In 2024, Bechtle also opened a new warehouse in Canning Town to increase warehousing capacity and improve product distribution to customers. Today, the company employs 424 people across locations in London, Chippenham, Manchester, Northampton and Newbury, with a further 64 PLM specialists based in Thelwall near Manchester. In Ireland, Bechtle has been represented in Dublin since 2008 and, since October 2026, through ITQuotes. James Napp, Regional Director UK&I, has been with Bechtle since it first entered the UK market.
