Cyberattacks, audits, system failures, new laws and regulations: they all highlight the same point. Digital resilience is not an extra layer that you add as an afterthought. It is a foundation that must be right from the design stage. Because if your organisation relies on business-critical IT, you cannot afford any downtime. Data must remain available, systems must be able to recover, and your IT environment must demonstrably meet increasingly stringent requirements regarding security, compliance and business continuity.

That is why Bechtle and HPE are organising the Security & Resiliency by Design workshop on Friday 18 September at Bechtle in Eindhoven. This is a practical workshop for anyone who wants to discover how to integrate security and resiliency more effectively into their organisation’s IT infrastructure, operations and service delivery. Not only to minimise risks, but above all to move forward with greater confidence. Will we see you there?

Practical information.

  • Date: Friday 18 September
  • Time: 09:30 to 13:30
  • Venue: Bechtle, Meerenakkerplein 27, 5652 BJ Eindhoven

Why this workshop?

We are seeing many customers investing heavily in security. However, digital resilience is not achieved simply by adding individual solutions. Certainly not in an IT environment that is becoming increasingly complex due to hybrid infrastructures, cloud solutions, growing mountains of data and mounting compliance requirements.

During this workshop, in collaboration with HPE, we’ll show you how to integrate security and resilience into your IT strategy from the ground up. You’ll gain an understanding of the role of sovereign platforms, cyber recovery solutions and enterprise-grade SLAs. You’ll also experience, during an interactive session, just how quickly a ransomware attack can unfold and which decisions made at that moment can make all the difference.

Who might find this workshop of interest?

This workshop is relevant to your organisation if you take business continuity and digital resilience seriously. For example, when:

  • Your organisation relies on business-critical IT and downtime is not an option;
  • Data plays an essential role in your business operations;
  • You face regulatory and compliance pressures, such as NIS2 (the Cybersecurity Act), ISO, DORA or the GDPR;
  • Your IT environment consists of hybrid or multi-cloud solutions;
  • Your organisation is growing or is in the midst of a digital transformation.

Does this sound familiar? Then now is a good time to find out how you can systematically strengthen your organisation’s digital resilience.

What can you expect?

  • During the workshop, we will explore the key developments in security, resilience and business continuity.
  • These include the growing threat of ransomware and cybercrime, the impact of legislation and regulations, and the consequences of incidents for your organisation, finances and reputation.
  • You will also discover how Bechtle, HPE and technology partners are collaborating on solutions that help organisations protect their data more effectively, recover more quickly and remain operational.
  • The interactive part of the morning is the Race Against Ransomware workshop. In this role-play, you will experience how an attack unfolds, what decisions you must make under time pressure and how you can minimise the impact of an incident.
