An HDMI IP Extender consists of a transmitter and a receiver unit.
This package includes the receiver unit only. A compatible transmitter is available separately (e.g. ref. no.: VE8952T-AT-G). This unit allows HDMI signals to be extended up to 100 m, providing an ideal solution when standard HDMI lengths are insufficient. The transmitter and receiver are connected via the network (IP). Supports resolutions of up to 4 K and Power over Ethernet (PoE).
Transmits HDMI, audio and RS-232 signals
The transmitter and receiver connect via IP (network) or a shielded Cat5e (or better) RJ45 cable up to 100 m
For video wall setups, a point-to-multipoint installation with a Gigabit switch is required (max. 8 x 8)
One receiver is required per display
