With solutions such as ROOMZ, you can easily mange your building, upload floor plans and link them to your meeting rooms, huddle spaces and shared desks. Once they’ve been configured, these floor plans are then available on various displays and apps.

Interactive viewer.

Create a live floor plan showing current room availability on each floor, or visualise the entire building on an interactive smart TV in the lobby. Data transfer is based on fully secured and encrypted connections.

Huddle space.

Huddle spaces similar to phone boxes, small one-on-one meeting rooms and specific open areas can’t be booked, but are used on an ad-hoc basis. Looking for the perfect huddle space can often eat up a lot of time, but with a Huddle Sensor combined with a floor plan, free huddle spaces are easy to find. And it’s easy to monitor huddle space use and adjust the number of rooms to reflect actual need.
