Our customer was faced with the challenge of an ever-increasing effort to manually update the comprehensive Exchange infrastructure. This process was time-consuming, complex, error-prone and had a significant impact on system availability. The impact on users was particularly noticeable and occasionally led to escalations.
What was therefore required was an automation of this process in order to make updating the Exchange infrastructure more efficient and reliable. Within a short space of time, our three-person team successfully delivered a solution that met the customer's requirements for an automated update of the Exchange infrastructure.

Thanks to the Bechtle solution, the laborious manual update procedure for our Exchange servers could be automated.
