We have been hiring cross-career employees with great success since 2019. Today, they are in sales, project management, security management or technical areas. We offer a proven program for career changers without much IT knowledge - the only thing you need to bring is enthusiasm for IT.
Career Starters
We offer courses in our Bechtle Academy especially for newcomers to the profession, so that they can get to know the essential elements. All colleagues were once newcomers to the profession - our concept with personally assigned mentors facilitates the familiarization period.
