Using a project with the Lüchow-Dannenberg district as an example, we show how XR was used in practice to rethink career guidance and how a trade fair experience led to actual job applications. The result was a 150 per cent increase in applications.

In this presentation, we will show how the initiative was designed, what effects were observed in recruitment, and what lessons can be drawn from it. Furthermore, we will discuss the extent to which this approach can be applied to other areas and job profiles within the public sector.
